Please be aware of large file sizes and take note of the following remarks:

If you have installed the Acrobat Reader web-plugin, by just left-clicking on the link your browser, instead of simply downloading, it may start the Acrobat Reader program to view the book online.  This will only be advisable with the most recent book (1924 I), which is relatively small in size, and if, in addition, you are using a fast broadband connection.  All the other files have not been created from text processor documents  because such were not available. (The oldest of these books, the two books of Sayings, are even based on typewritten manuscripts!)  Therefore, these books had to be scanned from the printed books in order to preserve the complicated layout, and without complete OCR (optical character recognition).
Consequently, large portions of text have not been transformed to regular fonts but to graphical elements instead, which require a lot of file space.  Therefore the books, as you will see below, are quite large files which may take considerable time to download, especially if you do not have a fast broadband connection.
